This Aerial Anatomy workshop was inspired by a client who got injured from not being guided to warm up during an aerial class. Aerial is empowering and fun however as an instructor you want to ensure your clients leave feeling better physically, more energized and eager to return, than when they walked in. It is very important to have a deep understanding of the effects of flight on the physical body, neural synaptic connections and emotional body while using an aerial/trapeze, and intentionally create your class sequences.
This 80 minute workshop is great for new Aerial yoga and Trapeze yoga instructors however beneficial for all flight instructors.
